Tracks were mostly improvised in a single ‘take’ to a digital recorder using mostly a single semi-modular synthesiser
(Moog Mother 32 or Behringer Model D or Moog Wersktatt using a Korg SQ-1 step sequencer) and multiple effects units (Strymon NightSky, Strymon Blue Sky, Hologram Electronics Microcosm, Meris Polymoon), with minimal post-production work in Logic Pro X.

‘DH-DL-TS Impressions’ was developed from an initial request to provide the Teesdale based artist Graham Vasey
with atmospheric soundbeds for his analog films Blast Beach, The Black Path and Cow Green.
Drawing on the Teesside landscape and the River Tees in it’s entirety and industrial landscape, both past and present as inspiration,
additional tracks were produced for the new Redcar Contemporary Art Gallery opening October 2022.
